Hangzhou Guangyan Technology Co., Ltd. is established by an overseas entrepreneurial team,committed to building a high-tech company of fully automatic silicon wafer defect detection equipment in China, realizing the localization of wafer inspection equipment research and development, production, manufacturing and sales. The project was landed in Hangzhou Integrated Circuit Industrial Park in 2022, the factory covers an area of 1,500 square meters, with 1,000 square meters of R&D laboratories, including 500 square meters of clean laboratories for the R&D, manufacturing and evaluation of integrated circuit wafer defect and particle size testing equipment.
